Cancellation Refund & Return/Exchange Policy


1. We will only accept refund requests if we delivered the wrong product(s) to customer due to our mistake / we delivered a damage / defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and condition before the item(s) is shipped out / ready to be collected. All products are thoroughly inspected for manufacturing defects. In case item(s) found defective after purchase, customer has option to choose between exchange to other product or proceed for refund.

2. Product(s) / service(s) that has been placed with an order cannot be cancelled with reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, "Product not suitable", “The colour is different”, etc. Refund or Exchange without a valid reason will not be entertained. 

3. Sales / discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

4. It is customers responsibility to check the item immediately upon receival and contact us immediately to inform of the defect / issue. When reached an agreement with us, return item(s) should be shipped out to us by customer within 24 hours / the next working day. 

5. Item(s) must be unused / unwashed / unworn and expected to be in the exact condition when purchased. Item(s) must returned in the original packaging.

6. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

7. Refund will be approved and processed only when item(s) is delivered to us and fulfills condition No. "5". 

8. Upon approval, we will reach out to customer and request for banking account details for us to proceed with the refund.

9. Refund will be processed by bank within 7 working days. 

10. Any order cancellation request will not be entertained.
